LiTaO3(Lithium Tantalate)

Lithium Tantalate crystal is a multi-fuctional material, which exhibits in excellent proelectronic, electro-optical, pyroelectric and piezoelectric properties, well-suited for SAW filters, optical communication, holographic, SHG, laser application. Polished LT wafer is widely used in electronic communication devices such as resonators, filters and transducers, especially used in surface acoustic wave devices for its good electromechanical coupling, and stable temperature coefficient.
