Fe:LiTaO3 crystal is a multifunctional material integrating electro-optic, acoustooptic, piezoelectric, nonlinear, photorefractive and laser activity, which has a wide range of applications. Lithium tantalate not only has good piezoelectric, electro-optic and thermoelectric properties, but also shows stable chemical and mechanical properties. It can be used as electro-optic modulator, infrared pyroelectric detector, broadband, frequency doubling device, holographic memory, high stability piezoelectric device and other functional devices.
